The first in Russia high capacity pyrolysis plant TDP-2-2000 put into operation at Kuyumbinskoye oil-gas field

28.06.2017

TDP-2-2000 pyrolysis furnace The BT-Promotkhody success made possible prolongation of the contract with OAO NGK Slavneft in 2017.

Aside from two successfully operating pyrolysis plants TPD-2-800, the new TDP-2-2000 of IPEC Company make was put into operation at the premises of BT-Promotkhody at Kuyumbinskoye oilfield. The new plant features unique capacity of 2000 kg per hour by drilling waste at the same time retaining dimensions of its predecessor. The reactor module underwent modernization that resulted in doubling its capacity. The new waste displacement system inside the reactor allows more homogenous distribution of waste.

TPD-2-2000 pyrolysis plant is designed for drilling waste, oil sludge and drilling sludge utilization by the continuous pyrolysis technology. It processes waste from new wells drilled at NGK Slavneft production sites. The plant confirms its designed capacity coping with tens of tons of drilling waste per day.

It is to be noted that at present another such plant is being prepared for shipment to Europe at the manufacturing site of IPEC Company. Both plant and manufacturing shop are TUV certified.
