Thermal Decomposition Plant for organic materials treatment is put into operation
The unique Thermal Decompsition Plant with output of pure motor oil components was successfully presented on WASMA 2015 by IPEC. At the end of the event, the facility was shipped to the customer site in Kazakhstan.
The equipment includes two parts: TDP plant and Motor Fuel Production Unit to obtain motor fuels components. According to the customer’s requirement, the capacity is 50 kg per cycle. It is planned to implement up to 4 cleaning cycles during the day.
Such outstanding solutions can be designed on the assumption off customer’s demand.
TDP plant is based on hydrocarbon-containing waste treatment. Mixtures of the products obtained by the pyrolysis process are fed to the motor fuel production unit, followed by high-quality synthetic component in the form of gasoline, diesel and the residue of the distillation process, heavy oil. Hydrocarbon gas satisfies plant’s energy needs.
The plant is successfully tested. Erection supervision work on Saryadyrsk coalfield is complited.
The equipment is designed by the order of the National Academy of Sciences of Kazakhstan, JSC Scientific Technical Center Parasat in accordance with international quality standards.
