Pyrolysis equipment TDP-1 will process drill cuttings at Yamalo-Nenets field

IPEC manufactured and shipped the equipment dedicated to dry pyrolytic waste processing to the gas condensate field in Yamal-Nenets Autonomous District. OOO NPP SGT acted as a buyer for GAZPROM Burenie LLC branch, Urengoy Burenie.
The pyrolysis plant TDP-1 is installed at the gas production site with the purpose of utilization of organic waste products: drill waste and oily sludge. The heat energy is recovered and used locally for heating. The fuel gas produced in the process is used internally in the plant burners.
The capacity of the equipment is up to 100 kg per hour. This plant solved the waste treatment issue at the gas production site.
