Processing of drilling wastes: TDP-2-2000 unit increased volumes up to 50 tons per day
Drilling mud treatment plant TDP-2-2000, put into operation this summer, is successfully operating at the the Kuyumbinsk oil and gas field of OAO NGK Slavneft. About 2 tons of waste per hour is the capacity of the IPEC continuous pyrolysis plant. The manufacturer offers an environmental solution to the oil sludge processing challenge in exchange for storing drill cuttings in sludge pits and landfills. The specialists of the service department of the company have completed the entire range of works on the site arrangement and the launch of the plant in operation.
TDP-2-2000 plant is an upgraded version of the TDP-2-800 unit, which stood by OAO NGK Slavneft disposing about 12,000 tons of drilling waste in the Krasnoyarsk region in 2016.
