Pyrolysis unit TDP-2-200 for Gazpromneft-Yamal was shipped from the IPEC production site.

The unit is intended for processing of oily waste from the Novoportovskoye field (YaNAO of the Tyumen region).

In order to increase the processing efficiency, the following modernization solutions were implemented in the Plant:

• three gas-liquid separation devices are replaced by one equipped with a packed set to save space and better separate the vapor-liquid mixture.

• the pyrolysis unit was equipped with a four-screw reactor instead of the standard twin-screw reactor in order to increase the heat exchange surface.

In the near future, IPEC experts will begin commissioning of the plant.
