Continuous pyrolysis plant TDP-2-200 for Gazpromneft-Yamal

A new contract for the delivery of a TDP-2-200 pyrolysis plant for Gazpromneft-Yamal has been concluded. The furnace will function inside the premises. The main purpose of the equipment is the processing of waste drilling fluids, drill cuttings and other oil wastes.

The natural gas will be used as starting fuel, and then the plant will be put on stand-by mode, working at the expense of the pyrolysis gas produced during operation. Recall, a similar project was implemented at the facilities of CJSC Messoyakhaneftegaz in YaNAO (West Messoyakhskoye gas-oil field and East Messoyakhskoye oil and gas condensate field). Commissioning and start-up of the TDP-2-200 continuous pyrolysis plant is planned by the end of 2018 – early 2019.
