Enhancement of the TDP-2-800 pyrolysis unit: new delivery scope for Slavneft-Krasnoyarskneftegaz

An equipment package has been sent to the Kuyumbinskoye oil and gas field, developed by Slavneft-Krasnoyarskneftegaz, for the updating of the TDP-2-800 pyrolysis unit processing drill cuttings.

The plant will be equipped with an optional pyrolysis gas filter and heat exchanger. A back-up line for the filtration and condensation of pyrolysis gases will provide less frequent shutdown of the reactor for maintenance. This up-to-date solution has already been implemented at three other IPEC plants, also operated at the Kuyumbinsky oil and gas condensate field.

The delivery set also included more powerful air cooler and an enhanced ash unloading system, including upgraded conveyors, a new reactor with auger system and a loading conveyor housing, which will replace used equipment.

Recall that BT-Promotkhody LLC has been providing services for the treatment of waste generated at the Kuyumbinsky license area of Slavneft-Krasnoyarskneftegaz since 2016. The equipment manufactured by IPEC (Safe Technologies IG) has proven itself for the processing of drill cuttings.
