Innovative pyrolysis plant TDP-2-200 at the exhibition WASMA-2016
The 13th international Exhibition of equipment and technologies in the field of recycling, waste management and water purification will be held in Moscow Exhibition and Convention Centre Sokolniki on October 18-20. This event will unite the leading representatives of the industry on its platform. Among them – constant participant, producer of innovative equipment for the safe waste treatment – IPEC company.
This year the exhibitor will present the updated Thermal Decomposition Plant TDP-2-200. The plant is based on the unique continuous pyrolysis principle, dedicated to organic waste treatment (oil sludge, drilling waste, used oil, rubber, plastic, etc.). The difference between the new model from its former one is in improved form factor: loading and unloading units are inscribed into the 40’ ft. container that ensures rapid transportation and on-site installation.
Pyrolysis equipment of IPEC production is not only safe and cost-effective way of waste treatment. TDP capacities in the field of electricity generation from the treated feedstock are empirically validated. In the late summer, IPEC in the presence of potential customers conducted on site a series of TDP-2-200 tests along with electrical power plants of foreign and domestic production (Capstone microturbine power plant, gas engine power plant FAS). The processed pyrolysis gas was directed to the connected power generation unit. Calorific content was high enough for both power plants to show the maximum generated electrical energy.
