New model of pyrolysis plant at environmental exhibition WASMA 2015
IPEC will present an exclusive solution for waste oil conversion into clean engine oil at the international exhibition of environmental technologies WASMA-2015 on 27 – 29 of October. The equipment includes two independent technological lines: organic raw materials processing assembly and engine fuels production assembly.
The equipment is designed as a pilot-scale plant by the order of the National Academy of Sciences of Kazakhstan, JSC Scientific Technical Center Parasat in accordance with international quality standards. At the end of the event, the facility will be shipped to the customer site.
Any liquid and solid hydrocarbon-containing waste: plastics, old tires, rubber, bitumen, heavy oil, contaminated soil, mudstones, etc. can be used as feedstock for treatment. The facility is based on the unique pyrolysis equipment, TDP plant that is successfully exploited the sphere of environmental protection in Russia and abroad.
The products derived during pyrolysis process come to engine oil production unit, where recovered in high-quality synthetic components: gasoline, diesel and the residue of the distillation process, heavy oil. Compounded gasoline and diesel components can be used as fuel of corresponding type. Residual fuel oil can be used for road bitumens production.
Waste oil to clean engine fuel plant is capable to prevent the resource shortages in the future and meet the demand in the traditional fuel of many countries by adopting the use of hard recoverable, hard treated energy sources and organic waste. The commissioning of the plant will result in cost-effective and environmentally friendly experience.
