The installation supervision of TDP-2-800 pyrolysis furnace mounted at the industrial site of Gazprom Neft PJSC of the Messoyakhskoye field (Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District) was successfully completed. The equipment is designed for the processing of oil sludge and frozen oil-contaminated soils collected on the territory of the East and West Messoyakha fields.
The TDP-2-800 plant is getting ready for the first start-up and commissioning. The oily waste as well as sludge from household and combined sewers treatment facilities can be processed at pyrolysis plant. Due to the nature of the raw materials, the feed hopper of the continuous pyrolysis unit is equipped with a special crusher for branches and stones that cannot be removed from the frozen soil supplied for processing.
In addition, for the complex climate of the Far North the other technological solutions were provided: the installation is modular, which ensures a high grade of manufacture and facilitates on-site installation; it was mounted on a pile foundation, which enabled to save cold in the surface space and prevent soil melting, reducing the total weight of building structures. Setting loading and unloading stations outside the zone of the main equipment assembly also contributes to the preservation of the temperature requirements of the environment.
The TDP-2-800 unit will operate both in manual and fully automatic mode with the complete absence of personnel at the installation site, which is extremely important in the North.
