TDP-2-2000 pyrolysis plant delivered to customer in European Union

13.07.2017

Shipment of a high-performance Thermal Decomposition Plant (TDP-2-2000) to customer in Estonia marked IPEC‘s entry the European Union market. The results of the acceptance of equipment at the production site of Safe Technologies Industrial Group confirmed high quality of the equipment and the compliance of its technological parameters with the requirements of the Customer.

Recall that in April, 2017 IPEC signed a contract with Viru Keemia Grupp for pyrolysis plant for processing of shale tar by-products formed as a side stream in coking process. The plant will operate two TDP-2-2000 units, each with a capacity of at least 1500 kg/h. Currently, according to the production schedule, IPEC is  starting fabrication of the second unit.

Thermal Decomposition Plant fully meets the requirements for quality and safety of the products listed in the European Directive ‘On the safety of machinery and equipment’ (2006/42/EC). This fact is confirmed by the presence of an appropriate international CE certificate.
