TDP-2-800 plant for drilling waste processing at Kuyumbinskoye oil field: contractual obligations 2016 fulfilled! (VIDEO!)
BT-Promotkhody service company closed its obligations in 2016 under the contract with OJSC NGK Slavneft by having processed 11 600 tons of oily waste (drill cuttings) directly at the production site. Let us recall, that the main production facility is pyrolysis plant TDP-2-800 of IPEC manufacture.
The processing of waste directly at the production site and applying high-capacity plant of TDP-2 model will bring to pit-free drilling transition as there would be no need in depositing the oil sludge.
BT-Promotkhody started its contract activity at the end of April, 2016. As a result of drilling waste processing at Kuyumbinskoye field, the following output products were derived:
- Pyrolysis gas, used for the maintenance of the TDP-2-800 plant’s technological process.
- Process water, used for drilling solution preparation due to its chemical composition.
- Fuel (boiler) oil.
- Dry subsoil. It is a marketable product, quality of which is certified according to the standards. Dry subsoil is in demand in road and site construction, reclamation of sludge pits, landfills and open pits and it may be used as a deicing agent due to its high content of sodium salt.
Thus, TDP-2-800 pyrolysis plants are capable of obtaining the valuable products from the drilling waste. No additional waste is generated during the operating process and after the process stabilization.
