TDP-2-800 pyrolysis plant was shipped to serve at the group of Messoyaha fields

12.03.2018

TDP-2-800 pyrolysis plantA large batch of components for the TDP-2-800 plant was shipped from the IPEC production site for industrial and solid waste landfill: reactor block, condensing unit and gas supply lines. The customer is Gazprom Neft PJSC. The project is being implemented as part of the construction of the West Messoyaha and East Messoyaha deposits.

The TDP pyrolysis plant will process oil sludge at the facility, frozen oil contaminated soil and oily waste, as well as sludge of biological treatment facilities of household and mixed sewage. The loading hopper of waste is equipped with a crusher for grinding branches and stones frozen into the treated soil and sludge.

The landfill is designed in the area of permafrost soils, therefore, measures are provided to ensure the reliability of the TDP-2-800 pyrolysis plant and the appropriate piping in special climatic conditions. To simplify the installation and to preserve the frozen condition of soils, the block-modular frame of the plant is located on a pile foundation with a cold (purged) cellar in between piles. A minimum mass of building structures is provided on the basis of the use of new efficient materials.

The TDP-2-800 loading and unloading units are outside the premises to maintain site soil temperature stabilization, and are installed on special reinforced concrete pile foundations equipped with ramps for loading vehicles.

The plant process is controlled both in manual and in automatic mode without the presence of maintenance personnel, which is important in the conditions of the Far North.
