The servicing unit for drilling sludge treatment at the JSC NGK Slavneft oil production site operates according to specifications

Drilling waste treatment (utilization) directly at the oil field with the production of marketable goods – this solution was provided by the ST PROMOTKHODY company for JSC NGK Slavneft. Commissioned by JSC NGK Slavneft drilling waste utilization unit based on several pyrolysis TDP-2-800 plants was put into operation at Kuyumba oil-gas field in the Spring of 2016.

In the course of several months of continuous operation ST PROMOTKHODY utilized thousands of tons of waste. The produced goods – dry subsoil, has all required permits for use it in construction – Technical Conditions, Code certificate, Hygiene certificate.

Service water, also produced in the process can be used for drilling solution preparation, ehich is confirmed by lab testing.
