Thermolysis Plant for Pipe Thermal Cleaning is Completed at the Industrial Site

Thermal Cleaning Plant designed for cleaning of the used pipes and fittings from old layers of protective coating, that was already factory tested and shipped to the Customer is installed at the Client’s industrial site. Used pipes are cleaned by the process of thermolysis (low temperature dry pyrolysis), which removes old paint and other coating thoroughly, also from places that are hard to access with other types of cleaning.

The order for the plant came from one of the leading pipework manufacturers in Russia, OJSC “Trubodetal” (Chelyabinsk). The plant is to give the second life to used pipes, fittings and other pipework paraphernalia. No mechanical treatment is involved, which preserves the integrity of all surfaces of the details.
